Applying to the United Spring Classic
Please read this document completely before clicking to the application form. It will save you some work and frustration.
While we offer online applications WE DO NOT ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS!! Please plan mailing time when completing your registration.
You will receive a confirmation email giving you your TeamID, please check your inbox and if you do not see the email, check your junk/spam folder and mark as safe. You may want to add firstname.lastname@example.org now to your address book
STEP 1: Complete the application. ALL REQUIRED FIELDS MUST BE FILLED IN or the application will not be accepted. BE SURE TO SUPPLY AN EMAIL ADDRESS THAT IS RELIABLE AND ACCURATE as this is the ONLY way we will contact you if your team is accepted.
STEP 2: If your coach has multiple teams please make sure that you contact his/her other manager/s to ensure that the name is inputted the same way on ALL applications. Our system picks up the name and this is the only way we can try to avoid game conflicts.
STEP 3: If you have a team that is playing up in format, please ensure you apply for the age relating to your desired format. Technically, 4v4 is U7/U8 (we dont offer 4v4 in this tournament), 7v7 is U9-U10, 9v9 is U11-U12 and 11v11 is U13-U19. So if you play a different format you must make sure that is selected in the drop down menu and you send payment for that format. For example, if you are a U8 team, we do not offer 4v4 so you must apply for U9Y 7v7 or U9 7v7 and pay the 7v7 fee.
STEP 4: Once you hit Submit, your application will be sent to the tournament. THE FORM WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED if you do not supply an email address or fail to check the verification boxes at the very end of the form.
STEP 5: When you submit your application, you will be given a web page that contains your Team ID Number. You should make two copies, one to keep on file and one to mail with your fees. YOU WILL NEED YOUR TEAM ID NUMBER TO CHECK YOUR STATUS, CONFIRM IF ACCEPTED, MODIFY YOUR APPLICATION, ETC... As this is also your private log-in code, you should be careful about who has access to it.
STEP 6: Pick up your email. You should have a completed application certificate for each team in case you couldn't print the page on Step 5.
PLEASE NOTE After you apply, your payment is REQUIRED IMMEDIATELY to be considered for acceptance. If your team is not accepted you will receive a full refund.
REFUND POLICY: DUE TO CIRCUMSTANCES OR CONDITIONS BEYOND OUR CONTROL, THE TOURNAMENT COMMITTEE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY REFUNDS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. ANY TEAMS THAT WITHDRAW BEFORE THE DEADLINE WILL RECEIVE A FULL REFUND LESS A $50 ADMIN FEE. ANY TEAM WITHDRAWING AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL RECEIVE NO REFUND.
This is a "Stay to Play" tournament.
For teams traveling from more than 60 minutes away, they are REQUIRED to follow "Stay to Play" policy. Such teams are required to book their stay through Traveling Teams.

Division AgesPlease use the table below to verify your age group BEFORE proceeding to the registration form. Your application will not be accepted by the on-line registration system if the DOB of the oldest player is not consistent with the selected age group. This is a Spring tournament.
